Delivery Information

Lead times vary from 6-8 weeks for furniture made to order . We do try and keep some stock here in the UK, but with the endless number of potential combinations available it just isn’t generally possible And of course buying to order means we can keep our overheads down, and pass on the savings to our customers!

Lusso Sofas ships throughout the UK, the Channel Islands, and Mainland Europe. We can easily ship to most EU and European countries (including Scandinavia and Switzerland).

Unfortunately due to US customs and handling charges (usually more than the value of the product) we can not ship to the USA.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands & abroad need to be discussed with us, so we can give you the best possible price, so please feel free to either contact us via email, or telephone. 

Our UK deliveries are during the week, between the hours of 9am to 9pm, usually in either a morning or afternoon slot. Although we cannot guarantee to provide you with the delivery time you want we will try our hardest to work with you to establish the best time to deliver, and our drivers & or office will contact you prior to delivery to check that you are available

What should you consider before the delivery?

We deliver on vehicles that are about the size of a fire engine or refuse lorry.

Please contact us to let us know of any issues getting to your street, such as:
– narrow lanes
– low bridges
– parking restrictions e.g. permits required, schools, red routes.

What to do once you’ve received your sofa?

Please inspect your order thoroughly before signing the delivery paperwork.

Any flaws, defects or signs of transit damage should also be documented alongside your signature; in this event, please contact our Customer Service team.
